The ninth edition of Essentials Of Management: An International And Leadership Perspective is set to present the readers with a combination of theory and practice. This edition, like previous ones, contains a system model that forms the framework, and combines five key management functions, which include Controlling, Planning, Staffing, Leading, and Organizing. This edition focuses more on the aspect of leadership, while maintaining its international view of managing.
